Nursing Home Patient Tracking for Hospice

MEDICARE requires that agencies provide reports that state how long their Hospice patients were in a nursing home while being treated by the agency.

Hub IT Consulting has developed a system that allows agencies to track the dates that a patient resided in a nursing home. The agency can then run a report that will provide the length of stay information that MEDICARE requires. The report also serves as a great tracking tool for all of their nursing home patients.
